EA Sports FC 27’s release date just leaked: mark September 25

A fresh leak has given football gaming fans their first real look at EA Sports FC 27, months before EA has said a word about it. According to a report from Dealabs, the next instalment in EA’s football series is scheduled to release on September 25, 2026, continuing a launch pattern the franchise has followed for years.

The report, credited to Dealabs leaker billbil-kun, also details early access plans. Players who buy the Ultimate Edition, along with eligible EA Play subscribers, could get into the game as early as September 17, 2026 – eight days ahead of the general release. Dealabs cautioned that this early access window is not yet fully locked in and could instead begin seven days before launch, mirroring how EA Sports FC 26 rolled out.

On pricing, the leak suggests EA Sports FC 27’s standard edition will hold steady at $69.99 in the US across every platform. European buyers are expected to pay €69.99 on PC and Nintendo Switch 2, while PlayStation and Xbox versions would cost €79.99.

The game is reportedly headed to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. That would mark another year of EA supporting last-generation consoles such as the PS4, Xbox One and the original Switch alongside current hardware, rather than dropping them from the lineup.

Physical copies are also expected to return for supported consoles. According to the report, disc-based editions would be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Xbox One, giving players who prefer boxed games another year of options.

EA has not officially confirmed the release date, platforms, pricing or edition details reported by Dealabs. An official announcement is expected in the coming weeks if the reported September launch window holds.
